We sit at the intersection of human expertise and machine intelligence, changing not just how lawyers work, but what they can achieve. To adopt our AI at scale, lawyers need to transform the way they work. We're hiring a Lead Learning Designer to design the adoption paths and ecosystem that turns Saga’s AI into everyday legal work.

Your role as Lead Learning Designer

In this role, you design how Saga’s legal and AI expertise is applied in everyday lawyering. You sit where product, workflow and behaviour meet, and you take responsibility for turning powerful AI into something lawyers work with every day. You operate in a forward deployed way, close to clients and close to our product teams, shaping enablement and workflow changes where things either click or break. You translate complex legal and technical capabilities into clear, practical ways of working that make sense in real practice. We are building this function as we go. There is no fixed playbook yet, only real usage, real feedback and constant iteration. You move easily between thinking and doing. One day you are mapping how lawyers learn to work with AI in their daily practice. The next you are designing content or in-product guidance that supports their change and help lawyers apply Saga’s expertise in real cases and real workflows. Everything you build is designed to strengthen the lawyers' adoption over time. User adoption is not an afterthought in this role. It is the work.

Job requirements

What you bring to our team

You come from a product organisation and are used to building products that professionals rely on every day. You understand that great products reach their full potential when adoption is designed into the experience, not added on later. You bring a product mindset to learning, enablement and behaviour change.

You also bring:

  • Experience working in a software or product environment, closely connected to product and engineering teams

  • Hands on experience improving user adoption, onboarding or enablement as part of a product’s lifecycle

  • A builder mindset. You design, create and ship learning or enablement assets yourself, from concept to iteration

  • Comfort shaping in product guidance, learning flows or usage moments together with expert legal engineers

  • Experience translating complex concepts into clear, practical ways of working for professional users

  • The ability to learn from real usage and feedback and turn insights into concrete improvements

  • Clear, direct communication and the confidence to work with legal experts, product teams and clients as a peer

  • Fluency in English. Other languages are a plus
