At Saga, we're building the intelligence that helps lawyers think faster, work smarter, and stay in control of their craft. Our AI platform blends legal reasoning with machine precision to make complex work simpler, sharper, and more human. We're launching Saga Solo to make legal AI accessible to every legal professional. This is a self-serve SaaS solution designed for individual lawyers and small teams who want the benefits of AI without enterprise complexity. We've tested and proven the concept with 250 users in Norway, and the Netherlands. Now we're ready to scale globally.
Your role as Product Growth Manager
Growth for Saga Solo starts with you. You'll take it from proven concept to scaled business, building the systems, partnerships, and experiences that turn what works in Norway into a repeatable model that works everywhere. The work spans the full spectrum. Optimizing our partnership model with bar associations and legal networks while building direct acquisition channels. Taking our current online signup flow and making it convert better. Building onboarding and in-product education that replaces manual hand-holding with self-serve success. Creating webinars, training content, and learning experiences that help users activate and adopt without support. Gathering user feedback to shape what we build next.
This is entrepreneurial work. You think like a founder building your own business. You bridge sales and marketing, product and growth, strategy and execution. You have the autonomy to try things, the data to know what works, and the freedom to move fast. You'll establish the metrics that matter, build the playbook for how Saga Solo grows, and create the foundation for scaling beyond Norway to the rest of Europe and beyond.
Job requirements
What you bring to our team
You have a growth mindset with commercial instincts. You understand how to take something that works and scale it. You're excited by the challenge of making legal technology accessible to everyone, comfortable with ambiguity, energized by autonomy, and motivated by building something meaningful.
You also bring:
3 to 5 years of experience in growth, product management, or business development at tech companies, ideally with startup experience
Interest in product-led growth principles: activation, retention, self-serve motions, and scaling without heavy sales involvement
Curiosity about partnership-led growth or B2B2C models (working with associations, networks, or similar channels)
Commercial instincts: you understand business models, pricing strategies, and what drives sustainable growth
Hands-on experience with growth tools: product analytics, marketing automation, CRM, experimentation platforms
User empathy combined with commercial thinking: you balance what's good for users with what's good for the business
Fluent in English; any additional European language is a plus
