Job description

Saga is a legal innovation company redefining the future of legal work. Trusted by over 400 law firms and legal teams across 20+ countries, we're building technology that supports meaningful legal work - and we approach everything with the same level of care and craft. As we scale, we're looking for a Project Assistant to join the Saga Lab - the team behind the content and deliverables that power our platform.

Your role as Project Assistant

This role sits at the center of how Saga Lab gets things done. You're the person who keeps delivery on track - building plans, owning timelines, and making sure content actually goes live. You work closely with Legal AI experts, Legal Engineers, and Domain experts - the people creating the deliverables - and you take responsibility for the process that gets them across the line.

You're organized without being rigid. You spot blockers before they become problems. And you care about follow-through - not just knowing what needs to happen, but making sure it does.

What this looks like

  • Support the full Saga Lab team with planning and delivery across their workstreams

  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and delivery schedules

  • Track progress across active deliverables and flag when things are at risk

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to keep content moving toward publication

  • Manage the process of getting content live on the Saga platform - from handoff to final check

  • Keep project documentation clean, current, and accessible

  • Actively use AI tools to work more efficiently and stay ahead of the workload

Job requirements

What you bring to our team

You don't need to tick every box - but you do need to be someone who takes ownership, follows through, and holds yourself to a high standard.

  • Some experience in a project coordination, operations, or content production role

  • A bias for action - you build structure fast, iterate when things shift, and don't wait to be told what needs fixing

  • Strong organisational skills - you maintain clarity across multiple moving parts without losing grip on the details

  • Clear communicator: you know how to align people and keep them informed without overcomplicating it

  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools; familiar with project management tools like Asana, Notion, or similar

  • An eye for detail - you notice what's missing, what's off, and what needs to be fixed before it becomes someone else's problem

  • Genuinely curious about AI and already experimenting with it in your day-to-day

  • Fluent in English; Norwegian is a plus

Our team & culture

We have a startup and scaleup mindset - flexible, fast-moving, and focused on what actually matters. We strongly believe in discipline: showing up consistently, following through, and holding ourselves to a high standard in everything we do. Outside of work, many of us are active in sports - running, skiing, hiking, the gym, and many more - not as a team mandate, but because we're drawn to the same mindset that sport builds: consistency, resilience, and a long-term view. If that resonates with you, you'll feel at home here.

Why join Saga

This is a real opportunity to shape how an entire profession works with AI. We offer you the chance to work with some of the sharpest people in legal tech at one of Europe's fastest-growing AI pioneers, where what you build matters from day one.

  • Competitive salary aligned with your experience and local market standards

  • Real ownership from day one - meaningful work, not busywork

  • Close collaboration with the Saga Lab team and direct exposure to how a fast-scaling legal tech company operates

  • A collaborative, quality-driven team that holds each other to a high standard

  • Annual learning budget for courses, conferences, and development

  • An international, English-speaking team working across cultures and time zones
