We're hiring an Account Executive from The Netherlands to drive our expansion in the Belgian market, building pipeline, opening doors with law firms, and fueling our growth in one of Europe's most dynamic legal markets.

Your role as the Sales & Account Executive

Imagine being the first person who shows a law firm what AI can really do for their practice. In this role, you're introducing an entire profession to technology that will reshape how they work. Every call, demo, and event where you represent Saga, you're helping lawyers see a different future for themselves. As the Account Executive you drive outbound growth in Belgium. You prospect, identify, and qualify new law firm prospects through research, calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events. You open the door for new clients, run discovery calls that uncover real needs, and deliver product demos that spark interest. You manage your pipeline in HubSpot, handle objections, and follow up consistently until deals move forward. You turn early conversations into qualified opportunities for the sales team.

Job requirements

What you bring to our team

You're a proven sales professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. You know how to prospect, qualify, and move deals forward. You handle rejection like a pro and get energized by turning interest into action. You also bring:

  • Relevant experience in B2B sales, Account Management, or business development, in SaaS, technology, or professional services 

  • Ability to explain complex technology in simple, accessible terms

  • Experience managing sales pipelines using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce

  • Confidence in presenting to senior legal decision-makers and law firm partners

  • Strong communication skills: you can run discovery calls, deliver product demos, and handle objections clearly

  • Curiosity about AI and legal tech, with eagerness to learn how lawyers work

  • You’re based in the Netherlands but are open to frequent travel to Belgium for client visits

  • You have near-native proficiency of the Flemish language, as well as fluency in English
