Your role as Account Manager
Imagine being the first person who shows a law firm what AI can really do for their practice. In this role, you're introducing an entire profession to technology that will reshape how they work. Every call, demo, and event where you represent Saga, you're helping lawyers see a different future for themselves. As the Account Manager you drive outbound growth in Belgium. You prospect, identify, and qualify new law firms through research, calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events. You open the door for new clients, run discovery calls that uncover real needs, and deliver product demos that spark interest. Belgium is ours to build. You'll own the market end to end - pipeline, relationships, and the approach that works here - shoulder to shoulder with the commercial team. What you’ll be doing
Own how we go to market in Belgium - working out which firms to focus on, how we reach them, and what we open with, then adjusting as you learn what lands
Build and run the full pipeline yourself, from first outreach through discovery, demos, objection handling and negotiation, with the wider Saga team behind you
Turn what you hear in the market into a Belgian playbook, and share it back with sales, marketing and product teams so it strengthens how we work everywhere
Build relationships that last - with law firms, legal networks and local partners - and represent Saga at events and workshops across the country
Keep your pipeline honest and current in HubSpot, so the picture of the market is clear to you and to everyone else
Job requirements
What you bring to our team
You're a sales professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. You know how to prospect, qualify, and move deals forward. You handle rejection like a pro and get energized by turning interest into action. You also bring:
Relevant experience in B2B sales, Account Management, or business development, in SaaS, technology, or professional services.
Proven experience of building go-to-market strategies and executing them for complex, SaaS products
Experience managing sales pipelines using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
Strong communication skills: you can run discovery calls, deliver product demos, and work through objections in a way that keeps trust intact
You're curious about where AI is genuinely useful in legal work, and you understand enough about how lawyers operate to earn their trust early
You’re based in Belgium and have near-native proficiency of the Dutch and French language, as well as fluency in English
