Your role as Business Development Representative for Italy
You'll be Saga's first point of contact for the Italian legal market - the person who opens doors, sparks curiosity and brings the right law firms into our world. Your days will be a mix of outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn), showing up at legal events and building genuine relationships with local networks and partners. You'll run discovery calls to really understand what Italian legal professionals are up against, then hand off warm, well-qualified opportunities to our Account Executive. Along the way, your feedback from the field will directly shape how we build and localise our product for Italy - your voice matters here. This is very much a ground-up role, and if the idea of building something meaningful from scratch excites you, we think you'll love it.
Job requirements
What you bring to our team
Hands-on experience in a BDR or similar outbound role in a B2B SaaS start-up or scale-up - you know what it means to hustle smart
A natural connector - you build trust quickly, listen well and know how to have conversations that actually go somewhere
Fluency in Italian and English (Spanish or another language is a plus!), with the confidence to represent Saga in rooms that matter
CRM fluency (bonus points for HubSpot) and the discipline to keep your pipeline clean and your insights sharp
The resilience to hear "not now" and come back stronger - you're curious, adaptable and genuinely energised by a challenge
A team-first attitude and the flexibility to thrive in a fast-moving environment where no two days look the same
This is not a management or strategy-only role; it’s a hands-on position for someone who enjoys opening doors and creating momentum from scratch.
