Junior Marketer

  • Hybrid
    • Norway

Job description

Saga is a legal innovation company redefining the future of legal work. Trusted by over 400 law firms and legal teams across 20+ countries, we're building technology that supports meaningful legal work - and we approach everything with the same level of care and craft. As we scale and grow, we're looking for a Junior Marketer to join our team. You'll work directly with our Head of Marketing & Growth and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Legal Engineering, Product, and People - contributing to the channels, campaigns, and initiatives that shape how the world sees Saga.

Your role as Junior Marketer
This isn't a narrow, siloed role - and it's not for someone who waits to be told what to do. You'll move across brand, content, demand generation, and ops, picking up whatever the team needs to move forward. You're hands-on by nature. You write sharp copy one day and dig into campaign data the next. You take real ownership of your work - not just the tasks, but the outcomes. We're looking for a builder. Someone who sees a gap and fills it, who cares about getting things done well, and who holds themselves accountable without needing to be chased.

What this looks like:

  • Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns - from email and social to events and paid

  • Create and manage content across LinkedIn, newsletters, and the website - writing, scheduling, and iterating based on performance

  • Help maintain and improve our HubSpot CRM: workflows, lists, reporting, and campaign tracking

  • Coordinate marketing assets and timelines across internal teams and external partners

  • Monitor campaign performance, pull insights, and flag what's working and what isn't

  • Support product launches, webinars, and events with clear, well-crafted execution

  • Research competitors, market trends, and target audiences to inform our positioning

  • Actively use and experiment with AI tools to move faster and produce better work

Job requirements

What you bring to our team

  • You don't need to tick every box - but you do need to be someone who takes initiative, holds themselves to a high standard, and follows through

  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, internship, or equivalent hands-on exposure; a background in marketing, communications, or legal is a plus

  • A bias for action - you move fast, iterate, you are open and humble to feedback and know how to apply it - you take what's useful, act on it, and use it to grow

  • Strong writing skills - clear, concise, and adaptable to different formats and audiences

  • Comfortable owning projects end-to-end: from brief to execution to reporting

  • Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new tools, genuinely excited about AI: you already use it in your workflow and you're always looking for better ways to apply it

  • Familiar with tools like HubSpot, Figma, Microsoft suite, Asana or similar - and comfortable learning whatever else the job requires

  • An analytical mindset: you look at numbers to understand what's happening, not just to report them

  • A high bar for quality - you notice the details others miss and you care about getting it right

  • Experience in a B2B or tech environment is a plus, but not required

  • Fluent in English and Norwegian; other European languages are a plus

Our team & culture

We have a startup and scaleup mindset - flexible, fast-moving, and focused on what actually matters. We strongly believe in discipline: showing up consistently, following through, and holding ourselves to a high standard in everything we do.

Outside of work, many of us are active in sports - running, skiing, hiking, the gym, and many more - not as a team mandate, but because we're drawn to the same mindset that sport builds: consistency, resilience, and a long-term view. If that resonates with you, you'll feel at home here.

Why join Saga

  • Competitive salary aligned with your experience and local market standards

  • Real ownership from day one - meaningful work, not busywork

  • Direct mentorship and close collaboration with the Head of Marketing & Growth and the brilliant minds at Saga

  • A collaborative, quality-driven team that holds each other to a high standard

  • Annual learning budget for courses, conferences, and development

  • An international, English-speaking team working across cultures and time zones

If you want to be part of our Saga journey, we'd love to hear from you.
