Job description
Saga is a legal innovation company on a mission to remove the friction between legal expertise and real-world impact, so lawyers can focus on what matters the most: people, ethics, and impact. Founded in Norway and built for the legal profession from day one, we integrate with local legal sources across multiple jurisdictions and are currently available in 12 languages. In just 18 months, we've grown to 85+ employees and 6,000+ users across 20+ countries - with market leadership in Norway and the Netherlands, and active expansion across Europe. We believe technology shouldn't replace legal reasoning, but strengthen it - so the law can work as it's meant to: aligned, accountable, and capable of delivering justice for everyone.
Your role as Revenue Operations Expert
This is Saga's first dedicated Revenue Operations role, which means you'd be building the foundation rather than inheriting one. Right now, RevOps work sits spread across different people and functions, and your job is to bring it together into something clear, reliable and scalable. You'll own HubSpot end to end, along with the reporting, data and automation around it, working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance team. You'll sit within the commercial organisation and report to our CCO, supporting an international revenue team. If the idea of a blank canvas appeals to you, and you'd like to be the person who makes commercial data something people actually trust, we'd love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing
Owning HubSpot. Structure, properties, lifecycle and deal stages, permissions, data quality and day-to-day support for the people using it.
Building reporting people rely on. Dashboards for pipeline, funnel, conversion and commercial performance, plus consistent weekly and monthly reporting that leadership doesn't have to assemble by hand.
Keeping our data honest. Finding and fixing incomplete or inconsistent CRM data, and making sure companies, contacts, deals and activities are properly connected.
Automating the manual work. Building and maintaining workflows, notifications, handovers, tasks and lifecycle automation, and improving how HubSpot, Chargebee and PandaDoc talk to each other.
Creating visibility into our PLG motion. Sign-ups, activation, paid conversion, churn and the signals that might point to an Enterprise opportunity, while keeping Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Finance aligned around the same numbers.
Job requirements
What you bring to our team
Around 3-5 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Commercial Operations in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally somewhere lean rather than a large, highly specialised RevOps department.
Hands-on HubSpot (or other CRM) experience - you've built, redesigned or optimised a setup yourself, rather than handing the brief to a consultant.
A track record of building dashboards and commercial reporting, and of digging into funnel, pipeline and conversion data.
A structured, pragmatic way of working: you notice when numbers or processes don't add up, you're comfortable saying so, and you can tell the difference between theoretically perfect and what the business actually needs right now.
The ability to explain systems and data in plain language, so commercial colleagues can act on it. You're service-minded, without letting the role become purely reactive.
Practical AI fluency. You already use AI tools in your daily work, you're thoughtful about data privacy and commercially sensitive information, and you tend to ask whether something could be done more intelligently.
Why join Saga

We're a team of lawyers, engineers, and builders spread across multiple countries and continents, bringing a genuinely international perspective to everything we do. If you thrive in a flat, high-ownership environment where you're building from the ground up, this is the place for you. We also offer:
A gross annual salary of €65,000–€75,000 (all inclusive), depending on experience
A chance to build the revenue ops foundation for one of Europe's fastest-growing AI companies serving clients globally
Autonomy to build and experiment, with direct impact on company strategy and client success
27 paid vacation days, travel, lunch and work from home allowance

An international team that moves fast, thinks clearly, and builds with care
If this sounds like the kind of work you want to own, we'd love to meet you.
