Job description
At Saga, we’re building the intelligence that helps lawyers think faster, work smarter, and stay in control of their craft. Our AI platform blends legal reasoning with machine precision to make complex work simpler, sharper, and more human.
Our platform is scaling fast. Sales is growing, usage is increasing across regions, and AI is becoming part of daily legal workflows. As adoption grows, product clarity and engagement become critical. We are building a new product team focused on strengthening how users discover, understand, and master Saga.
Your role as Senior Product Designer
You will join a young, ambitious team that has been building the platform from the early sprints. Ownership is everything here, we move fast, take responsibility for what we ship, and care deeply about quality. We are remote first, spread across Europe, and strong communication defines how we work. You will be part of a new product team with a Learning Designer, Legal Experts, Legal Tech Engineers, and Software Engineers, where you help shape how legal knowledge and AI capability translate into product experience. As Product Designer, you turn complexity into clarity. You translate legal and AI functionality into intuitive, structured workflows, own UX and UI across features end to end, and create cohesion across patterns and interactions. You are involved early, shaping direction before ideas become tickets, and you work closely with Legal Experts to understand substance, with engineers to ensure feasibility, and with the Learning Designer to support engagement and adoption. As the platform scales, you refine continuously based on real usage and feedback. What you design directly influences how confidently lawyers adopt Saga.
You will also:
Lead end to end UX and UI design across complex product areas, from discovery and concept exploration to shipped interface
Translate advanced legal workflows and AI driven functionality into structured, intuitive user journeys that reduce cognitive load
Define interaction models and design principles that create consistency across features, teams, and product domains
Work closely with the Learning Designer to align interface decisions with behavioral change and long term adoption goals
Partner with Legal Experts to deeply understand domain complexity and ensure accuracy is reflected in experience design
Collaborate with Legal Tech Engineers and Software Engineers to balance usability, feasibility, and performance
Prototype rapidly, test concepts with users, and iterate based on real usage data and qualitative feedback
